I am Barbara Markle, an ICF-ACC executive coach and leadership development leader. For more than a decade I owned enterprise leadership programs inside a Fortune 50 company, partnering with VP and SVP leaders to design and deliver programs for more than 1,000 leaders across six regions. I founded Elevate and Lead to bring that same diagnose, build, and coach discipline to organizations of any size.
Philosophy
I diagnose before I prescribe.
I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience, including over a decade leading enterprise leadership and talent development programs, and twelve years as founder and executive director of a national children's nonprofit. In my corporate work I earned a 96% participant satisfaction score on a seven part leadership development series for 500+ people leaders, cut program launch time by 30%, and drove a 25% increase in initiative adoption.
